ibiLive

ibiLive is an on-demand virtual presence platform where you can ask available users to allow you to connect via a live audio and video stream to a specific location and get things done (or check places out) without moving from home or office! It saves you time and money!
You dont need to have anybodys number or id to reach people in the place of interest. You can connect to the phone of people who are already in the area of interest and are logged in as "Operators" in ibiLive.
It works as 2 apps in one:
1 – CUSTOMER MODE (FREE TRIAL) - You can use it as a customer by making instant or timed requests to connect live to a location, where you can give directions and make requests in real time to get something done or see a place with your own eyes. The aim is to establish a virtual presence in a location of interest without having to go there yourself, thus saving time and money.
2 – OPERATOR MODE- You can also use it as a way to monetize your time by becoming a Pro or a Peer operator: a customer may need your help to see something live from your current location. You can go from Customer to Operator mode by simply switching a toggle in the side menu. Earn a higher fee as Pro operator once you have gone through our vetting process.

There are 2 types or Operators: Professional and Peer.
“Pro” are self-employed individuals who use the app to provide a professional service throughout the day. They have been selected individually, they have gone through a reference process and a background check. They are discreet and trustworthy. They normally work for other businesses as well and they are constantly travelling around town. They can provide a delivery service if needed.
“Peer” operators are any users or customers of the app who have decided to receive and accept requests to perform a simple task with live feed from their current location for example: what is a beach or a gallery like? Is there a line at a museum? is there a lot of traffic in that area? etc.

How it works (Customer mode):
Choose a location and see if there are available operators on the map. Decide whether you want an "INSTANT" booking or a "TIMED" one, i.e. a request that can be taken within a time frame of your choice.
Give a short description of the service (e.g. go to flower shop and show me selection), and any follow on service (eg deliver flowers to certain address)
Send a request and wait for it to be accepted.
When an Operator accepts your request, youll get notified and you can confirm you still want the connection (in case of Timed requests)
When live feed starts, give him further directions in real time
You can pause or end the live feed anytime
Give feedback on the operator or register him/her as a favourite in your personalised list


You can choose to be an operator and receive requests by switching toggle in the side menu to the right, at anytime.

Battery Use Disclaimer:
Continued use of GPS running in the background and video services can dramatically decrease battery life. Location service runs only when in Operator mode.
